What are some actions I can take to reduce the organizational costs of starting a new business?
You want good quality work on the front end of your business from your attorney and your accountant in particular. It is appropriate to shop around for these services, but be careful to be sure that experience is comparable before you conclude that you have found a cheaper provider. You may be able to barter for some services if you have some expertise to trade. You should be aware that experienced advisers may cost more in the short term, but can save you money in the long term by helping you avoid costly mistakes.
