Bourse de Montreal, Inc. (Canadian Derivatives Exchange) business definition

The major Canadian exchange for trading derivative products, including options and futures contracts. The exchange has a history dating to 1874, and its current specialization derives from a 1999 agreement of the four principal Canadian exchanges to restructure into three specialized exchanges.
