Of or relating to restrictions on the sale of imported goods at prices substantially lower than prices at which the same goods are sold in their home country. For example, a Chinese manufacturer of television sets would be prohibited from selling televisions in the United States at a price lower than the same sets were selling in China. See also dumping 2.
